Executive Master of Business Administration

The Executive MBA is a 32-hour advanced degree designed to develop individuals who have the knowledge and capability to take on leadership roles in multiple settings across a breadth of industries and organizations. This program is created to provide an environment where professionals can advance their leadership skills while sharing ideas and experiences with business and academic professionals. Executive mentors coach students through a variety of meetings and interactions to develop and enhance the students’ learning experience. Mentor executives and faculty of record for each cohort will work cooperatively with students in small groups both face-to-face and in a hybrid format. A key success factor is demonstrated ability to work with teams. To build a foundation for the learning community in each cohort, all new students are required to participate in a three-day community building workshop, individual leadership assessment, and orientation meeting at the beginning of this program. The program will be delivered on Fridays and Saturdays all day, once per month, for each of four consecutive semesters. All participants are expected to engage in an international travel study experience at the end of Year One.
